How are life coaching or legacy coaching sessions conducted?

The focus of Meridian Life Design Inc. is to provide one-on-one, individual, or what is considered personal coaching services.

Once we have had our initial consultation and decided to work together, the coaching process begins with an initial 2 hr “Launch Session” where you get to know your life coach in person where logistically possible. In preparation for this session you will have been sent a “Launch Session Welcome Packet” which outlines our business agreements, and a discovery questionnaire which will set the foundation for our work together. The Launch Session is our chance to initiate the coaching relationship, design our alliance, set intentions and clarify goals.

Life coaching calls are conducted over the phone. Typically, clients seem to prefer the flexibly arranged, mutually convenient schedule of 2 – 3 sessions a month of 50 – 60 minutes in duration.

Life coaching is very effective over the phone with nothing lost in terms of connection, depth and engagement. The beauty and ease of this model is that you can get coached in your home, your office, when on a business trip, or even from the great outdoors, all without the hassle of a commute to your coach’s office. As long as you have a private space where you can focus on the provocative, rich and insightful discussion, coaching can easily fit into your life.

Thanks to modern technology, it does not matter where you are geographically, Meridian Life Design Inc. has global reach as coaching is accessible to clients wherever life takes them and can be done from anywhere in the world!
