Professionally – Credentials:

Jill Korstrom has the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) .

ICF is the global governing association that establishes ethics and preserves the integrity of coaching through internationally accepted professional standards, representing over 24,000 coaches in 116 countries worldwide.

Jill holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and was trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). 

As the oldest and largest in-person coach training organization in the world, over the last 20 years CTI® has trained over 35,000 coaches and today trains more new coaches each year than any other training program. CTI has also trained employees in more than half of the Fortune 100 companies. The founders of CTI were among the initial pioneers of the coaching profession. CTI’s prestigious CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation may be earned through their International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited certification program, the most rigorous and respected in the industry.

Jill completed the CTI Co-Active^® Leadership Program, a training which empowers people to recognize their capacity to lead in all areas of their life.

In addition, Jill has training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) from The Center for Right Relationship (CRR) and she is also a licensed Trainer of Bigger Game^® Workshops.

Previous Experience:

Before reinventing her life by establishing Meridian Life Design Inc. in 2006, Jill spent many years as a Fisheries Research Biologist for Fisheries & Oceans Canada which is a department of the Canadian Federal Government. She holds both a Bachelor and Masters degree in Biological Sciences from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada. In disseminating her research, Jill has authored numerous peer reviewed scholarly articles, that have been published in international research journals.
